Refund policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded. This applies to all e-books, PDFs, and other downloadable content.

Subscriptions & Memberships

All subscription and membership purchases are non-refundable.

Once a subscription or membership charge has been processed, the payment is final and cannot be refunded, either in full or in part. This includes recurring billing charges, renewal payments, and membership fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund any previously processed payments.

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products

  • Subscriptions and memberships

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.

This cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded

  • Subscriptions or memberships once billing has occurred

Refunds (Physical Products Only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
